Search Queries

A name, place, or other term entered into a search tool is passed to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Fulton County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own servers. The provider's privacy notice, retention rules, and account terms control its handling of the query.

Messages and Requests

If a visitor emails or sends a message, the message and contact details are retained long enough to review and answer it. Those messages are not shared outside the operating organization unless disclosure is needed to comply with law, protect rights, or handle a service issue.

Questions about an official record should go to the Fulton Sheriff's Open Records Center, not through a private message.

  • IP address or a shortened network identifier.
  • Browser type and version.
  • Device type and operating system.
  • Pages viewed and time spent on them.
  • Referring page, when one is supplied.
  • Request timestamps and similar service data.

Cookie Choices

Cookies or similar storage may help measure use, keep features working, remember a preference, or support advertising. Browser controls can block or delete cookies. Some functions may behave differently after they are blocked.

Links and Outside Services

Pages link to government systems such as the FCSO inmate search, the Fulton Clerk portals, and the Georgia Department of Corrections. They also may link to news publishers or third-party search tools. Once a visitor leaves this resource, the destination's privacy notice and data practices govern.

Advertising partners may use their own cookies or similar tools to measure activity across sites and deliver interest-based ads. That activity takes place under the partner's systems and policies, not under the control of the official Fulton County agencies named in the records material.

Who May Receive Data

Fulton County Busted Mugshots does not sell personal data as a standalone list. Information may nevertheless reach the following parties when a visitor uses a feature or when lawful disclosure requires it:

  • Search partners that receive a submitted query.
  • Analytics providers that measure page use.
  • Advertising networks and their service vendors.
  • Hosting, security, and technical support providers.
  • Law-enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order.

A visitor should not send a booking number, medical detail, or other sensitive record through an unnecessary private message. Use the official custodian for a public-record request.

Security Efforts

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used for information under the operator's control. No internet-connected system is completely secure, however. Fulton County Busted Mugshots cannot promise that a transmission, storage system, or partner service will be breach-proof.

Visitors Under 18

The resource is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent personal information, a parent or guardian may use the Contact Us page to request review and deletion of the message where appropriate.

Georgia juvenile records have their own access limits. A privacy request to this resource cannot change an official juvenile file or make one public.

Your Privacy Choices

Subject to applicable law and reasonable verification, a person may ask what personal information is held directly by the operator and may request:

  • A copy of personal information maintained in an identifiable record.
  • Correction of an inaccurate contact detail.
  • Deletion of a message or information when retention is not required.
  • Restriction or opt-out of certain processing, including some marketing uses.

These choices do not control data held by FCSO, Fulton County Jail, the Clerk, GDC, a news outlet, an advertising network, or a search partner. Requests to change an official booking or court record must go to the originating agency.
